介绍了P320分散控制系统在某2×1 000 MW火电工程单配汽动给水泵组中的应用,分析了该系统的控制策略和操作特点,并总结了其投运经验.该1 000MW超临界火电机组采用单台100%锅炉最大连续蒸发量(BMCR)汽动给水泵的给水驱动方式,弃用了其他火电机组都配置的电动给水泵,并创新地采用了大型汽动给水泵组低速启动及全程调速的控制方案,达到了节能减排的目的.%The application of P320 distributed control system in single turbine driven boiler feed water pump (TDBFWP) of certain 2x1000 MW fossil-fired power generation project is introduced. The control strategies and operation features of the system are analyzed, and the experiences of putting into service are summarized. In the 1 000 MW unit, only single 100% BMCR turbine driven boiler feed water pump is used, thus the motor driven boiler feed water pump that normally used in other fossil-fired power units is abandoned. The innovative control strategies of large-scaled TDBFWP low speed startup, governor in the whole range implements the purposes of energy saving and emission reduction.
