某型火炮伺服驱动器故障特征的仿真研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the difficult problems in protection maintenance of servo driver in armaments, some of the typical faults of a certain type of cannon servo driver are researched. Two of the typical faults, I. E. , open circuit and short circuit of the power switching transistors in inverter of servo driver are analyzed theoretically firstly, and the fault features of the servo driver under different failure modes are given, different categories of failure modes are simulated and modeling by using Matlab/Simulink lastly. The results of simulation verify the correctness of theoretical analysis, thus the idea for realizing fault detection of servo driver is provided.%为解决军械装备中伺服驱动器的保障维修难题,对某型火炮伺服驱动器的典型故障进行了研究.首先分析了伺服驱动器中逆变器的功率开关管开路和短路这两类典型故障,并给出了伺服驱动器在不同故障模态下所具有的故障特征;最后利用Matlab/Simulink对各类故障模态进行了建模与仿真,仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性.该研究为实现该伺服驱动器的故障检测提供了一种思路.
