根据老机组热控系统实际运行中存在的问题,分析了现有主流改造方案的优劣,提出一种以自容式执行器为转换装置、透平油无控制工质的电液调节方案,并将其应用到巴陵石化的老机组热控系统改造中.通过改造后的甩负荷运行试验,验证了该方案的可行性与实用性.%In accordance with existing problems in practical operation of the process control systems in old power generation units, the merits and demerits of the general directional revamping strategies are analyzed and the electro-hydraulic control strategy with the self-contained actuator as conversion device and control quality of turbine oil not related is proposed. This method has been used in systematical retrofit for the control system in Baling Petrochemical. Through the runback test after retrofit, the feasibility and practicability of this strategy are verified.
