Correlation of inoculation of artificial Haloxylon ammodendron with Cistanche deserticola in Wuquan For-est Farm of Zhangye city was conducted .Starting from the interactions of the two plant species ,the distribution of root density of Haloxylon ammodendron ,effect of parasitism in parasitic Cistanche deserticola on tree height , ground diameter ,crown width & biomass of Haloxylon ammodendron ,reasons of Haloxylon ammodendron inocu-lation of Cistanche deserticola were analyzed .Result shows that :the soil enviroment (the horizontal distance is 20-40 cm from the trunk of Haloxylon ammodendron ,and the vertical distance is 20-40 cm from the horizon)is condu-cive to the growth of fine root ,Cistanche deserticola inoculation have high success rate .After inoculation of Halox-ylon ammodendron ,the tree height ,ground diameter and crown width are generally less than that of the uninoculat-ed Haloxylon ammodendron ;biomass of the host plant (Haloxylon ammodendron) is restricted to some extent .%在张掖市五泉林场开展人工梭梭林接种肉苁蓉相关性研究,从2种植物种间相互影响的相关性入手,对梭梭细根密度的分布情况,肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭树高、地径、冠幅及生物量的影响,梭梭接种肉苁蓉的成因等方面进行了分析研究。结果表明:在梭梭水平距主干20~40 cm处垂直40 cm深的土壤环境利于细根生长,肉苁蓉接种成功率高。接种后的梭梭树高、地径和冠幅,普遍小于未接种的梭梭,寄主梭梭的生物量受到一定程度的抑制。
