大学生领导力是大学生为实现特定目标而表现出来的一种能力，它是大学生综合素质的体现。大学生领导力的开发有助于大学生的人格发展、非专业素质的培养和健康生活方式的养成。文章在回顾相关研究文献的基础上．从大学生领导力概念的内涵、结构与测量及其影响因素等方面，对大学生领导力的研究现状进行了梳理，并指出未来研究应更加深入地探讨大学生领导力的内涵与影响机制，进一步完善研究工具和方法，关注文化差异性。%Leadership to university students is the comprehensive ability demonstrated in achieving specific goals. Development of university student＇s leadership is helpful in cultivating their personalities, non-pro- fessional qualities and healthy lifestyles. Based on relevant literature review, this paper made a thorough analysis of the past and current studies on this issue in terms of concept, structure and measurement. This study indicates that in future studies, emphasis should be placed on its inner working mechanism, its influence factors, improvements of research tools and methods, as well as cultural differences.
