毕生发展动机理论以毕生发展理论和毕生发展控制理论为基础，通过整合初级与次级控制最优化模型与发展规律的行为阶段模型，发展出一套综合性的理论观点。本文对毕生发展动机理论的主要观点、内容、应用领域以及未来研究方向进行阐述，并与双重过程模型理论和SOC模型理论进行了分析比较。%The motivation theory of life-span development is based on the theory of life-span development and the life-span theory of control. Through integrating the model of optimization in primary and secondary control and the action-phase model of developmental regulation, the researchers develop a comprehensive set of theory perspectives. The main ideas, the content, the areas of application and the future research areas of the motivation theory of life-span development are set out in this article. In addition, this theory is compared with the theory of dual-process model and the theory of selection optimization and compensation (SOC) model.
