海马与远期空间记忆的提取

         

摘要

Whether the consolidated long term memory is still dependent on the hippocampus or the medial temporal lope or not, this is the focus between the consolidation theory and the multiple trace theory. Researches in the human amnesia has showed that the remote memory could be retrieval without the hippoeampus, however, researchers in the rats which use the Morris water maze showed that retrieval the remote spatial memory is dependent the hippocampus; this result support the idea that the hippocampus is special in processing the spatial information, path integration may reflect the this special function.%经巩同的记忆信息的提取是否依赖于海马,成为巩固说与多重痕迹说争论的焦点。在人类遗忘症患者中可以观测到独立于海马的远期空间记忆,但在水迷宫任务下对白鼠的实验研究表明,有些远期空间记忆的提取需要海马的参与。这种不一致的结果提示,海马参与空间记忆加工存在一种独特的机制,路径整合可能反映了海马在远期空间学习和记忆中的独特机制。
