为探讨青少年情绪调节策略与情绪调节能力的关系，采用青少年情绪调节策略量表和青少年情绪调节能力量表对1210名青少年进行调查。结果发现。积极情绪调节策略和情绪调节能力存在显著的正相关，消极情绪调节策略和情绪调节能力存在显著的负相关；回归分析的结果则表明，积极情绪调节策略对情绪调节能力具有显著的正向预测效果，消极情绪调节策略对情绪调节能力具有显著的负向预测效果。%In this study, 1210 adolescents were surveyed by emotion regulation strategies scale and emotion Competence scale.
