Social contact is manifested to improve the health state of elderly people. This paper presents a television-based interactive online social service, according to physical and psychological features of elderly people. The exploratory study highlights the concept of user-centered design and points out the television-based service mode through identifying, classifying and simulating social contact needs of the target.%适当的社交活动对老年人的健康状况会产生积极作用。本文针对老年群体所具有的身体特征和心理特点，提出一种基于互动电视平台的老年人在线社交方式，旨在以用户为中心的设计视角下，通过识别、分类和模拟老年人社交需求，开发针对老年群体社交需求的互动电视服务模式。
