高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）是通用合成树脂中应用最广泛的品种之一，主要用来制造薄膜、容器、管材、单丝等。生产高密度聚乙烯的工艺技术通常有淤浆法、气相法、溶液法。本文对淤浆法高密度聚乙烯装置原辅料及燃动力成本进行了分析，并介绍了装置降本增效方面的各项优化措施，通过各项降本增效优化措施的实施，创造了较大的经济效益，提升了装置产品的竞争力。%High density polyethylene (HDPE) is one of the most widely used of the varieties of general synthetic resin, mainly used in the manufacture of thin films, containers, pipes, wire etc.. Technology of production of HDPE usually with slurry method, gas phase method, solution method. This paper analyses cost of direct material and auxiliary material and direct power in HDPE plant, and introduced reduce cost and increase benefits optimization measures. Through implementation optimization measures, create greater benefits and enhance competitiveness capacity of product.
