大口径高精度航管雷达天线结构设计与应用∗

         

摘要

针对大口径、高响应和低副瓣类雷达天线结构的设计难点,尝试突破传统设计方法瓶颈,建立一种基于TRIZ理论的设计方法,实现创新设计。该设计流程主要包括概念阶段的构型拓扑优化、工程设计阶段的试验设计(DOE)、验证阶段的仿真优化和试验测试。以某大口径高精度航管雷达天线为应用对象,首次实现了5500 mm×3047 mm碳纤维 A夹层复合材料反射面的设计与制造,并最终实现天线型面精度0.65 mm(rms)和天线系统设计减重50%。%Aiming to the design difficulty of radar antenna structure with large diameter,high response and low sidelobe characteristics,a new design method that breaks through the traditional technique is pro-posed.The design method is based on the TRIZ theory and the innovation is achieved.The design flow main-ly includes the topology optimization of configuration in the concept step,the design of experiment(DOE)in the design step,and the simulation optimization and experimental test in the validation step.With the pro-posed method,a large-diameter and high-precision of an air traffic control radar antenna is made as the study object.The design manufacture of 5 500 mm×3 047 mm reflective surface with the carbon fiber A sandwich composites are realized for the first time.The precision of reflective surface reaches 0.65 mm(rms),and the weight of the antenna system reduces by 50%.
