短距离高速无线通信的迫切需求,催生了60 GHz频段上超5 GHz带宽的免许可频谱。首先介绍了60 GHz无线通信特点和技术标准,主要对支持吉比特级数据传输的技术标准 IEEE 802.11ad和 IEEE 802.15.3c进行了分析;其次跟踪了60 GHz无线接入技术的最新研究进展,包括信道建模、射频芯片、集成电路技术以及天线几个方面,分别从学术界和产业化两方面,着重对国内外射频芯片研究成果及发展趋势进行阐述;最后对该技术进行了展望,并给出我国下一步的发展建议。%The urgent requirement for short-range high-speed wireless communication has brought out the permission-free frequency spectrum of larger than 5GHz broadband in the 60 GHz frequency range. Firstly,the features and technology standards of 60 GHz wireless communication are introduced.Technology standards IEEE 802.11ad and IEEE 802.15.3c supporting Gbps data transmission are analyzed principally.Secondly,the latest research on 60 GHz wireless access technology are analyzed,including channel modeling, RF chip,integrated circuit technology,antenna technology,etc.The research and development trend on RF chip at home and abroad are explored in detail from two aspects of academic circles and industrialization. The future of 60 GHz wireless access technology is forecasted at last.The proposition is presented for the development of China in this technology.
