To ensure high communication quality of MF-TDMA satellite communication systems and equitable distribution of channel,it is necessary to pick up slot applies from earth stations.The periodic-detecting scheme and periodic-proportion scheme are analyzed and compared.However,they have a disadvantage of inequitable channel assignment.An improved periodic-proportion scheme is proposed to ensure equitable distribution of slots.Then a weighting coefficient scheme is introduced to make channel assignment not only equitable but also efficient.Emulation results show that the scheme is realizable and efficient.%为了保证多频时分多址(MF-TDMA)卫星通信系统的整体通信质量和信道分配的公平性,需要在分配前对终端站发出的时隙申请进行选取。在比较分析周期轮询法、周期比例法难以保证公平性缺点的基础上,对周期比例法进行了改进,使其能够保证分配的公平性。针对其过程繁琐的缺点,又提出了加权系数法,保证公平分配的同时,过程简单更易实现。通过对3种方法进行仿真分析,表明加权系数法可以有效地保证MF-TDMA系统时隙分配的公平性和高效性。
