Integrated tester of frequency agile radar is an important instrument for frequency agile seeker testing. Since available technology can’ t check the performance of dynamic frequency tracking,the paper adopts a system design method to solve the problem. The frequency agile testing requirements are analyzed,and a data⁃fitting IFM method is proposed,in which the precision and speed sat⁃isfy the requirement of tracking test.The system can check the performance of radar integrated tester effectively,and it has been imple⁃mented in engineering and achieved good effect.%频率捷变雷达综合测试仪是测试频率捷变体制导引头性能的重要仪器，针对现有技术无法直接对其动态频率跟踪性能进行检定的现状，采用了系统设计的方法解决该问题。对捷变频测试需求进行了分析，提出了数据拟合法瞬时测频方法，其精度和速度可以满足动态跟踪精度测试的要求。该系统可以有效地检定雷达综合测试仪的性能指标，已经在工程上实现，取得良好的效果。
