考虑边界约束的钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂模拟

         

摘要

Only the core concrete around reinforcement is simulated by using the numerical analysis method of rust corrosion inducing expansion cracking of concrete. Because the core concrete is wrapped around the concrete,so the boundary is constrained by surrounding concrete. Due to the shortage of computer memory can not use the lattice model to simulate the whole structure,the finite element analysis software of ANSYS and the numerical simulation software of MATLAB are applied in this paper. A combined model analysis method was put forward to couple the lattice model (core concrete) and bilinear quadrilateral element model (around concrete). The force transmission between the two models were realized,the rust corrosion inducing expansion cracking of reinforced concrete under the boundary constraints were accurately simulated.%大多数混凝土锈胀开裂数值分析仅限于对钢筋周围核心部位混凝土进行模拟.但核心混凝土处于周边混凝土的包裹之中,所以边界受到周边混凝土的约束.由于计算机内存不足而无法用格构式模型对全结构进行数值模拟,本文将运用ANSYS有限元分析软件及MTALAB数值模拟软件,提出一种组合模型分析方法,将格构式模型(核心混凝土)与双线性四边形单元模型(周围混凝土)进行耦合,实现两种模型之间力的传递,模拟了钢筋混凝土在边界约束下的锈胀开裂,做到更准确的模拟.
