U形肋与面板之间连接焊缝的疲劳裂纹是正交异性钢桥面板最典型的疲劳裂纹之一.该焊缝由以前的贴角焊缝过渡到现在的部分熔透焊缝,并要求至少75%的熔透率.受坡口加工和组装精度、焊接工艺等因素的限制,实际上该焊缝的熔透率变化较大.本文采用大型通用有限元程序Abaqus建立精细化的三维实体单元有限元计算模型,研究了65%,75%,85% 3种不同熔透率对U形肋与面板连接部位受力状态的影响,结果表明提高熔透率能够减小面板上的拉压应力和剪应力,以及焊缝喉部和根部的应力.研究成果为规定此种焊缝的制造误差提供了依据.%The fatigue crack of weld joint between U-shaped rib and slab is one of the most typical fatigue cracks in orthotropic steel bridge deck.The weld joint is transitioned from previous fillet weld joint to present partial penetration weld joint,and requires at least 75% penetration rate.Affected by groove processing and assembly accuracy,welding process and other factors,the penetration rate varies greatly.In this paper,the finite element model of the three-dimensional solid element was established by using the large-scale general finite element program Abaqus.The effects of 65%,75% and 85% different penetration rates on the stress state of the connection between the U-shaped rib and the slab were analyzed.The results show that higher penetration rate can reduce the tensile stress and shear stress in the slab,and the stress at the throat and the root of the weld joint.The research results provide the basis for specifying the manufacturing error of this kind of weld joint.
