分析工务线路维修管理的现状和主要问题,阐述普速线路维修体制改革的主要内容.结合武汉局线路维修体制改革的探索与实践,就线路设备检查分析、修程修制、质量评价、技术标准、生产组织调整等方面作深入分析,并从宏观改革进展、试点单位实践的角度对改革成效进行了总结.%Current situation and main problems of track maintenance management were analyzed. Main contents of the general speed railway maintenance management reform were introduced. Combining with the exploration and practice of Wuhan Railway Bureau,this paper discussed track inspection analysis,repair system,quality evaluation, technical standards and production organization adjustments,etc.It summarized the maintenance system reform effects from the perspectives of macro reform progress and experimental workshop practice.
