介绍70 t级新型铁路货车关键技术的应用及其对车辆段工装设备配置的影响,分析我国铁路货车修程的发展变化所带来的检修特点的变化.并结合车辆段主要车间的检修工艺流程,从车辆结构特点着手,比较得出70 t级与60 t级货车车辆在段修工艺上的主要差异,分析得出70 t级货车段修工装设备、检测工具等的配置清单,并对车辆段运用信息化技术提出要求.%The paper introduces the applications of key technologies of the new 70 t-class railway freight car, and their influences on equipment and fixture configuration in rolling stock depot. And then, the paper analyzes the changes of maintenance characteristics caused by the developments of repair process of freight car in our country. In addition, combing with maintenance process of the main workshop in rolling stock depot, proceeding from the vehicle's structural characteristics, the paper analyzes the main differences of depot repair processes between 70 t-class and 60t-class railway freight cars, and gains the configuration list of the equipment and fixture, and detection tools of 70 t-class freight car under depot repair. Moreover, requirements of information technology application in rolling stock depot are suggested in this paper.
