烟台火车站大跨度拱架固定铰支座设计

         

摘要

新建铁路烟台火车站中央钢结构大拱跨度达114m,为双曲马鞍形空间结构.大拱支撑于下部钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构上.因受下部铁路站场等特殊条件的限制,大拱支座每侧仅仅设置了8个支座,支座间距为3.5~22.1m.大拱支座间距相差较大,支座型式的选择及支座下预埋件的设计难度较大.通过烟台火车站大拱网壳结构支座设计,详细介绍支座类型选择、支座结构计算,以及网壳支座预埋件及支座加劲构件的计算,并就支座施工要点做了简要说明.%The arch center of steel structure with a long span of 114 meters at new Yantai Railway Station is a kind of hyperboloidal saddle-shaped space structure, and it is supported on the reinforced concrete shear wall. Because of the restrictions of railway yards and other special conditions under the station, only eight bearings can be set on each side of the arch center, and the intervals of the bearings can not be anything but 3. 5 ~22. 1 m with obvious interval differences. So the designs for the choice of the bearing type and lower embedded parts are very difficult. The article introduces the choice of the bearing type, the structure calculation of the bearing, the calculation of embedded parts and the stiffeners of the bearing below the lattice shell, and briefly explains the key points of the construction for the bearing.
