浅海地区大直径深桩基施工技术

         

摘要

介绍浅海地区的纳潮河特大桥大直径深桩基的施工过程.施工中采取冲击钻与正循环钻机组合成孔的施工方法,解决了上硬下软地质特点的成孔难题;冲击钻冲孔后安装临时长钢护筒并返填黏土的方法解决了地层上部水头失稳易塌孔的施工难题;采用安装滤沙器、并联2台泥浆泵的清孔方法,快速降低了含砂率,加快了清孔速度.施工中采取的具有针对性的措施,确保了桩基的施工质量和施工进度,取得了良好的效果.%This article introduces the construction process of deep pile with big diameter of Nachao River Bridge in neritic area. During construction, percussion drill and normal-circulation rotary drill were applied together to solve the geological problem which is hard in upper layers and is soft in below layers; temporary long steel casing was installed and clay soil was refilled after the drilling of percussion drill so as to solve the construction problem of collapse caused by instability of water bead at upper strata; sand filter and two parallel connected mud pumps were set up for hole cleaning, which decrease the sand percentage quickly, and increase the cleaning speed. In conclusion, these targeted measures are helpful to ensure construction quality and construction schedule of pile foundation, and the effects are good.
