铁路风沙防治工程投资初步分析

         

摘要

结合我国风沙地区铁路防沙工程实践,列举包兰铁路、青藏铁路、南疆铁路风沙防治工程实例,对不同风沙条件下的工程防沙体系、植物固沙体系的工程投资情况进行分析,供方案比选、防沙措施选择、防沙材料确定时参考.结论为:(1)工程防沙体系的工程投资与风沙活动程度、防沙材料息息相关,一般、中等、严重、极严重风沙地段,防沙工程投资分别为49~195万元/km、99~ 350万元/km、145~500万元/km、260 ~1036万元/km,大致比例关系为1∶2∶3∶4,其中方格沙障投资占比为70%~90%;(2)建设宽度约100m的防沙林带,每千米投资为200~260万元,其中设备或基础设施投资占比超过70%;形成植物固沙体系,每千米实际投资为345 ~675万元.%In combination with the experiences on sand-break project of railway in wind-blown sand region in China, this paper cites the projects of wind-blown sand control in Baotou-Lanzhou Railway, Qinghai-Tibet Railway and South Xinjiang Railway as the examples, and analyzes the project investments of the sand-break system with engineering measures and the sand fixation system with vegetation under different wind-blown sand conditions so as to offer the references for scheme comparison, measure selection, material selection of sand control project in future. The conclusions in this analysis are: (1) For sand-break system with engineering measures, the investment is closely related with the activities of wind-blown sand and the materials adopted; at the districts respectively with the general, medium, serious and the very serious wind-blown sand, the project investment per kilometer is respectively 49 ~ 195 ten thousand Yuan, 99 ~350 ten thousand Yuan, 145 -500 ten thousand Yuan and 260 ~ 1036 ten thousand Yuan, and the approximate ratio is 1 : 2 : 3 :4, in which the checkerboard sand barrier accounts for 70% ~90% of the investment. (2) For sand-break forest belt with a width of about 100 m, the investment is 200 ~ 260 ten thousand Yuan per kilometer, and the equipments or infrastructure accounts for more than 70% of the investment; for vegetation sand fixation system, the actual investment is 345 -675 ten thousand Yuan per kilometer.
