主要对DJ型架桥机机臂倾斜问题进行研究,基于PLC的模拟量控制自动检测架桥机机臂倾斜角度并实时显示在人机界面上实现机臂水平自动检测功能,该系统已成功应用于DJ型公铁架桥机,应用结果表明系统具有良好的稳定性和防倾斜效果.%The purpose of this paper is mainly to research on the overturning of the arm of DJ series Bridge Launcher. Based on PLC analogue control and automatic detection, the angle of inclination of the arm can be real-time displayed on the man-machine interface so as to achieve the automatic leveling of the arm. The system has been applied to DJ Series Bridge Launcher in railway and highway, and the application results indicate that the system has a good stability and anti-overturning effect.
