某火车站站台雨棚钢结构整体滑移施工监测分析

         

摘要

通过某火车站站台既有雨棚改造工程的实践,介绍该工程的滑移施工过程,并对该雨棚改造工程滑移施工的全过程进行现场监测.采用振弦频率采集仪记录每级滑移行程结束后的数据,运用振弦式应变计进行监测,通过对监测数据的分析,得到每级行程中不同测点的应变及应力水平,由此分析此滑移施工的同步性及安全性.结果表明本工程滑移施工中所施加的外荷载对结构主体的影响很小,整体滑移施工过程安全合理,滑移后的桁架满足正常使用要求,同时也能够为钢结构等滑移工程的实际施工与维护提供重要依据.%Combining with the canopy reconstruction project of a railway station, the process of slipping construction is introduced in the article. The process was monitored on site. The data was recorded by vibrating frequency acquisition instrument after the end of each class of slippage distance. Through the monitoring by vibrating wire strain gauge, strain and stress of different measuring points during each class of slippage distance was obtained, further, on the basis of the strains and stresses obtained, the synchronism and the security of slipping construction are analyzed. The results show that the external loads has small impact on the structure body in the process of slipping construction, and the entire process of slipping construction is safe and reasonable. The structure after slipping construction can meet the serviceability requirements, and the results of this article will provide an important basis for the actual slipping construction of steel structure.
