西安地铁地裂缝带接触网技术研究

         

摘要

针对西安地铁工程建设急需解决的地裂缝技术难题,在深入研究地裂缝活动特点、地裂缝的分布情况、地裂缝带结构及轨道的各种处理措施的基础上,通对西安地铁2号线架空刚性接触网如何安全可靠、经济合理地通过地裂缝带关键技术进行了深入的分析和研究,最终确定架空刚性地裂缝带接触网研究方法及原则,并成功研究出适合不同地裂缝结构变化特点的架空刚性接触网设防方案、锚段长度方案、结构安装方案及零部件.研究成果已在西安地铁1、2号线得到应用及推广,为今后类似设计提供借鉴.%To solve the technical problems of ground fissure for Xi'an Metro, based on in-depth study on the activity characteristic, distribution, structure of ground fissure, taking the key technologies of the overhead rigid conductor rail in Xi'an Metro line 2 passing through the ground fissure area safely and economically as the example, this paper provides detailed analysis and research. As a result, the research methods and principles of overhead rigid conductor rail at ground fissure area are determined. Meanwhile, aiming at different ground fissure structure characteristics, solutions about the protection scheme, contact line length, structure installation, the components and parts of the overhead rigid conductor rail are worked out. These research results have been applied to Xi'an Metro line 1 and line 2, which can provide reference for similar design in future.
