基于动力学分析的高速铁路空间线型振动敏感点分析

         

摘要

With the development of high-speed railway construction and operation technology, the spatial curve, which is the center-line of the structure and the running track of the train, receives more and more attention in railway system and the influence of the change point of the space curve on the dynamic characteristics of the train also becomes the focus of attention. In order to provide basis for the design theory of high-speed railway, this paper establishes the vehicle-track coupling dynamics model with the dynamics software SIMPACK based on multi-body system dynamics theory and automobile driving dynamics theory. And then, the model is applied to simulate the situation when high-speed train is running on the curve area of railway to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed train.The vibration attenuation time of the vehicle bodyat the vibration sensitive point is analyzed and the vibration attenuation distance is calculated based on model simulation analysis. The results show that the vibration attenuation distance of the vehicle body at the vibration sensitive point is determined by the lateral vibration attenuation, and it increases along with the actual superelevation of the out rail but has no obvious relation with the radius of the curve.Meanwhile, the distance between two adjacent plane curves or the plane curve with adjacent vertical curve should not be less than 100 m under difficult conditions, while it should not be less than 230 m under better line conditions.%随着高速铁路建设和运营技术的不断发展,作为构造物中心线和列车运行轨迹的线路空间曲线线型在铁路系统中越来越受到重视,空间曲线变化点对列车运行动力特性的影响也成为关注重点.为完善高速铁路线路设计理论提供相关依据,以多体系统动力学理论和行驶动力学理论为基础,运用SIMPACK软件建立车-线耦合动力学模型,模拟高速列车在不同工况下的曲线运行状态;分析模型仿真结果,对车体经过缓直点产生的振动的衰减时间进行统计并计算得出相应的振动衰减距离.结果表明:缓直点引起的车体振动衰减距离主要取决于车体横向振动衰减,且随实设超高增大而增大,与曲线半径关系不明显;线路相邻的两平面曲线以及相邻平面曲线与竖曲线之间的最小距离不应小于100 m,条件较好的情况下不宜小于230 m.
