发泡法制备氧化铝基多孔陶瓷(Ⅱ):氧化铝复相多孔陶瓷的制备、组成、结构和性能

摘要

针对凝胶注模体系所用有机物有毒的问题,以溶胶凝胶成型和水泥固化成型代替经典的凝胶注模体系,并以氧化铝粉体为主要原料,结合发泡法工艺制备了氧化铝-莫来石和氧化铝-六铝酸钙两种复相多孔陶瓷.结果表明:除氧化铝含量稍低外,氧化铝复相多孔陶瓷在制备工艺、微结构和各项物理性能等方面与纯氧化铝多孔陶瓷都非常接近.通过发泡法制备的氧化铝基系列多孔陶瓷具有低密度、高强度、低热导率等特点,节能效果优异.%To avoid the toxicity of the gel-casting system,porous alumina-mullite and alumina-calcium hexaluminate composites were prepared using alumina powder as the main starting material by a foaming method combined with sol-gel and cement curing methods instead of the conventional gel-casting system,respectively.It is indicated that the preparation process,microstructure and the physical performance of the porous alumina composites are similar with those of porous pure alumina ceramics,except the lower content of alumina.The porous alumina composites prepared by the foaming method possess characteristics such as low density,high strength,low thermal conductivity,showing excellent energy saving effect.
