基于广义预测控制算法的表冷器出风温度控制

         

摘要

The outlet air temperature control of cooling coils is the main control loop. Aim at the temperature of supply air through cooling coils to VAV BOX approach to the setpoint, doing a series of experiments for data. To obtain the math model of cooling coils with the help of MATLAB’s system identification tool. GPC applying to cooling the outlet air temperature control of cooling coils, using CARIMA model and simulating at three situations. The result shows that: the algorithm doesn’t need accurate model, could update the parameters of cooling coils in real time online to overcome the negative influence of time-variant characteristic, comparing with the traditional PID control, to verify that the algorithm has better stability, accuracy and robustness.%表冷器出风温度控制是整个暖通系统中的关键控制环节。为了提供给变风量末端的送风温度更接近设定值,在变风量中央空调系统实验平台上,对表冷器进行流量阶跃响应实验,并用测试法得到表冷器数学模型。在此基础上,将广义预测控制算法应用于表冷器的出风温度控制,该算法采用CARIMA模型,对三种情况下表冷器出风温度的控制性能进行研究。结果表明:该算法能实时在线辨识表冷器模型参数,克服了系统时变特性的不利影响;通过与相应PID控制比较,验证了该算法具有更高的稳定性、准确性及鲁棒性。
