热泵热水系统中水平平直波纹板式冷凝器性能研究

         

摘要

A distributed parameter mathematical model was established for a plate condenser under steady state. Simulation program of the plate condenser was written with the computer language showed that good consistency of the model. Based on the model, the characteristics of the flow and heat transfer of R134a and cooling water in the plate condenser were simulated. According to the calculation, the heat volume of the two phase is about 75% of total and increasing the length of the two-phase region can help improve heat transfer efficiency. The mass flow rate of the refrigerant have great effect on heat transfer,the heat volume improve up to 3.45% with the mass flow rate increases by 2.75%, but the trend of increasing gradually decreases. Also the effect to the outlet temperature of the refrigerant is great, the temperature improve up to 4℃ with the mass flow rate increases by 9.37%. The model could provide theoretical basis for the optimization design and system simulation.%针对板式冷凝器,建立了稳态分布参数数学模型,编写了模拟计算程序,对比模拟计算值与文献的实验值,具有较好的一致性。基于此模型模拟了板式冷凝器中R134a制冷剂以及冷却水的温度沿板长的变化情况,根据模型计算结果,分析了板式冷凝器的换热特性。从计算可知两相区换热量约占总换热量的75%,增大两相区长度有助于提高换热效率。制冷剂质量流量变化对换热量影响较大,流量增大2.76%时候换热量提升约为3.45%,但是增加的趋势逐渐减小;同时对制冷剂出口温度影响较大,流量增大9.37%时制冷剂出口温度上升了4℃。为热泵热水系统中板式换热器的优化设计和系统仿真提供了一定指导。
