吊顶式空调机组因其独有的特点，在民用建筑和工业建筑中得到了广泛的应用。在介绍吊顶式空调机组结构和特性的基础上，对吊顶式空调机组在空调系统中出现的冷凝水外溢现象进行了分析，进而，针对不同工程的特点，找出了冷凝水外溢的原因，最后，结合实际工程总结提出了行之有效的解决方案，这对于吊顶式空调机组的安全高效运行具有一定的参考价值。%With outstanding features, ceiling air-conditioning unit have been popularized and widely used in both industrial and civil architecture. On the basis of introducing configurations and characteristics of the ceiling air-conditioning unit, this study analyzed the problems about condensate water overflow in the application of the air-conditioning systems. In addition, by referring to different characteristics of the projects, reasons for the condensate water overflow were found out. Lastly, effective measures were proposed out, which is particularly instructive for high-efficiency operation of the ceiling air-conditioning unit.
