壳管式相变蓄热装置的数值模拟

         

摘要

In this paper, the enthalpy method is used to establish the mathematical model of the shell and tube phase-change heat storage device, using the solidification/melting model in FLUENT simulates the phase change process of paraffin melting. Taking into account the natural convection in liquid region, temperature field in the coupled problem of heat storage device and thermal media over time is obtained. Variation of phase change interfaces and temperature field in different operating parameters are analyzed. As a result, the temperature of thermal fluid plays a major role in the phase change process, while the speed of thermal fluid has a relative small influence, which has reference value for the design of the shell and tube phase-change heat storage device.%利用焓法建立壳管式相变材料蓄热装置的数学模型,使用数值模拟的凝固/融化模型模拟了石蜡融化的相变过程。在考虑液相区自然对流情况下得到了蓄热装置与热媒体耦合问题的温度场随时间的变化情况,并分析了相变界面的变化规律和不同运行参数下的温度场的变化情况。得出热流体的温度对相变过程起主要作用,热流体的流速的影响则相对较小的结论,这对壳管式相变蓄热的计算和相变蓄热装置的设计具有一定的参考价值。
