太阳能烟囱中风压式通风装置的三维非定常数值模拟

         

摘要

By establishing the physical model of the wind pressure ventilator in solar chimney,the three-dimensional unsteady numerical simulation of the wind pressure ventilator was carried out by using the Fluent simulation software,and the flow field characteristics and performance parameters of the device were obtained.The results show that when the wind wheel diameter is 10 m and the height is 15 m,the ventilator can produce a negative pressure of 64.5 Pa at the rotational speed of 69.3 r/min under equilibrium condition;the velocity field and pressure field of the specific cross section under different azimuth angles show obvious differences,and the flow field in the wind pressure ventilator is more complex;the blade torque of the wind pressure ventilator changes cyclically,and the total torque of the fan blades has not changed much with azimuth angle.The total torque of the H-type vertical axis wind wheel blades increases first and then decreases in a cycle to achieve a dynamic balance roughly.%通过构建太阳能烟囱中风压式通风装置的物理模型,并运用Fluent仿真软件对风压式通风装置进行三维非定常数值模拟,从而获得该装置的流场特性及性能参数.研究结果表明:当风轮直径为10 m,风轮高度为15m时,平衡工况下风轮的转速为69.3 r/min,风压式通风装置能够产生64.5 Pa的负压;在特定的过流断面上,不同方位角的速度场及压力场呈现出明显的差异性,风压式通风装置内的流场较为复杂;风压式通风装置中叶片的转矩呈周期性变化,通风机叶片的总转矩随方位角变化不大;在一个运行周期内,H型垂直轴风轮叶片的总转矩呈先增加后减小的变化趋势,总体上达到动态平衡.
