基于PCA-SVM方法的海上风电机组安装费用模型

         

摘要

风机安装费用在整个海上风电项目的安装费中占了很高的比重,如果对其进行较为准确地把控,对控制海上风电项目的总体造价将起到很重要的支撑作用.为此利用主成分分析法(PCA)对风机安装费用的影响因子进行了筛选,将筛选后的因子作为支持向量机模型(SVM)输入量,构建了风机安装费用的PCA-SVM模型.将该模型应用于风电项目的风机安装费用预测,得到了比较好的结果,可满足工程的实际需求.%Wind turbine installation cost accounts for a high proportion in the entire offshore wind farm installation costs. If more accurately control the wind turbine installation cost, which will play a very important supporting role in the control of the overall cost of offshore wind farm .In this respect, using Principal Component Analysis to filter the factors that affect the wind turbine installation cost . Then use the filtered factor as the Support Vector Machine model input. Finally establish the PCA-SVM model of wind turbine installation cost. The model is applied to the forecast of the specific project wind turbine installation cost,and the result is obtained,which can meet the actual requirements of the project.
