干旱胁迫下沼渣对基质特性及草莓植株PSⅡ光化学活性的影响

         

摘要

With biogas residue as experimental materials, the change regularity on characteristics of biogas residue media and the photosynthetic of strawberry plant were studied by means of gas exchange technique and chlorophyll fluorescence transient technique (JlP-test) .The results showed that:the number and proportion of microorganism could be changed by adding a certain ratio of biogas residue, while actinomycetes increased and fungi rates decreased obviously, which are helpful for growth and the accumulation of dry matter from strawberry plant. Point J occurred in the 0-J-I-P chlorophyll fluorescence,curve. And oxygen-evolving complex(OEC) of PS II in strawberry leave (acceptor side and donor side)were affected, the maximum photochemistry efficiency declined (biogas residue : vermiculite 1:3) .The net photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency and performance index of strawberry plant under media (biogas residue : vermiculite l:2)increased by 44.39%, 32.21%, and 63.44% than which of control respectively.%以沼渣为基质原料,利用气体交换技术和快速叶绿素荧光诱导曲线技术,研究干旱胁迫下沼渣基质特性及植株光合变化规律.结果表明:基质中添加一定比例沼渣,改变了基质中微生物数量和比例,明显提高放线菌比例及减少真菌比例,有利于草莓植株发育及干物质的积累.沼渣:蛭石=1:3处理叶绿素荧光曲线出现J点,叶片PSⅡ受体侧和供体侧放氧复合体受到影响,引起光合机构原初光化学效率下降;而沼渣:蛭石=1:2处理的叶片净光合速率、水分利用效率和光化学性能指数(PIABS)分别比对照增加44.39%,32.21%和63.44%.
