本文简要介绍了第三届中国国有企业改革与治理学术研讨会的发起、主要议题，并从国有企业改革的成就与主要问题、深化国有企业改革的方向与路径、完善混合所有制企业的公司治理机制三个方面综述学者的主要观点和思想。%In this paper,a brief introduce is made of the launch and the main topics of the academic symposium. Then,this paper elaborately reviews the scholars’main views and ideas from three aspects:the achievements and main problems of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the direction and the paths of deepening the reform of state-owned enter-prises,and the perfection of the corporate mechanism of mixed ownership enterprises.
