With the rapid growth of overseas investment, home country factors play an important role.Sixteen industries of overseas investment and home influence factors were analyzed from the year 2003 to 2012 by using the redundancy analysis and sorting technology.The research results reveal that:foreign exchange reserves,GDP and the RMB exchange rate have the greatest influence on overseas investment, which have a positive correlation with investment industry,while different industries have different sensitivity to environmental factors.This paper proposes some suggestions to use foreign exchange reserves,reform RMB and adjust overseas investment structure based on the industry structure of overseas investment and home country influence factors.%在中国海外投资高速增长的过程中，母国的推动作用非常重要。本文运用冗余分析法和排序图技术对中国2003—2013年16个行业海外投资与母国影响因素进行四个方面的分析。研究结果表明，外汇储备、GDP和人民币汇率对海外投资影响最大，且与投资行业成正相关；海外各投资行业对影响因素的敏感度不同。根据研究结论，本文提出了合理利用外汇储备、加快人民币改革、调整海外投资结构的建议。
