Using enclosed static opaque chamber-GC techniques,the short-term effects of nitrogen deposition on CO2 and CH4 fluxes of CK(0 g NH4NO3m-2 · a-1),N24(24 g NH4NO3m-2 · a-1),N48(48 g NH4NO3m-2 · a-1) and N96(96 g NH4NO3m-2 · a-1) from Cyperus malaccensis marsh were measured and analyzed,and examined the key factors controlling the variation of CH4 and CO2 simultaneously in Min River estuary.The results show that,compared to the control treatment,the effects of nitrogen deposition on CO3 fluxes in the N24,N48 and N96 were reduced by 17.76%,14.97% and 20.94%,respectively,the CO2 fluxes under different treatments were not significantly different (P > 0.05);the effects of nitrogen deposition on CH4 fluxes in the N24,N48 and N96 were reduced by 11.52%,26.63% and 16.94%,respectively,the CH4 fluxes under different treatments were not significantly different (P >0.05).There was significantly and positive correlation between CO2 and CH4 fluxes and soil temperature (P < 0.01),however,the CO2 and CH4 fluxes were not significantly with soil pH and soil EC(P >0.05).%以闽江口鳝鱼滩短叶茳芏感潮沼泽湿地为研究对象,设置对照CK(0gNH4NO3 m-2·a-1)及3个梯度的氮沉降处理:N24(24 g NH4NO3m-2·a-1)、N48(48 g NH4NO3m-2·a-1)和N96 (96 g NH4NO3m-2·a-1),采用静态箱-气相色谱法对CO2、CH4排放通量进行测定与分析,并同步观测相关环境因子.结果表明,与对照相比,N24处理CO2排放通量减少17.76%,N48处理CO2排放通量减少14.97%,N96处理CO2排放通量减少20.94%,各处理间CO2排放通量差异性不显著(P>0.05);N24处理CH4排放通量下降11.52%,N48处理CH4排放通量下降26.63%,N96处理CH4排放通量下降16.94%,各处理间CH4排放通量的差异性也不显著(P>0.05).鳝鱼滩感潮感潮沼泽湿地CO2、CH4排放通量与土壤温度均具有极显著的正线性相关关系(P<0.01),与土壤EC、土壤pH的相关性不显著(P>0.05).
