采矿工程是一门应用性较强的工程学科,对采矿工程专业学生的实践能力和创新能力要求较高,为强化采矿工程实验室在学生培养中的服务效果.从教学、科研、设备管理及服务对象四方面分析了采矿工程实验室建设和管理中存在的问题,论述了采矿工程专业实验室建设的必要性及采矿工程实验室建设的现状.从教学、科研实验室的建设、实验室开放运行模式、实验室队伍建设及校企合作等方面提出了采矿工程专业实验室建设与改革的有效对策,为我国采矿工程类院校的实验室建设与管理提供一定的借鉴.%Mining engineering is a practical engineering discipline,it demands strong practical ability and innovation ability for the mining professionals,and the mining engineering laboratory is an important place to develop the practical ability and innovation ability for the professional and technical personnel.Therefore,it is needed to strengthen the construction and reform of the mining engineering laboratory,so as to provide good experimental basis for the mining engineering students.First,this article discussed the necessity and present situation of mining engineering professional laboratory construction.Second,the problem of the mining engineering laboratory construction and management were analyzed.Finally,combined with many years of experience in teaching practice,effective countermeasures of the mining engineering professional laboratory construction and reform were proposed.These can provide certain reference for the laboratory management of mining engineering colleges in China.
