PVC塑料表面化学镀银的工艺优化

         

摘要

PVC plastic was selected as the research object of electroless plating silver.By exploring the coarsening and sensitization conditions in the process of pretreatment,the plastic substrate with uniformly rough surface was obtained and it met the experimental requirement.Meanwhile,it was easy to happen for the deposition of metal on the plastic subsequently.Silver nitrate was used as the silver source,glucose as the reducing agent and sodium thiosulfate as the stabilizer,they were mixed to form the plating solution.At the end,shiny silver layer with small surface resistance was prepared by using orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum reaction conditions.%选取PVC塑料作为化学镀银的研究基体,通过对预处理过程中粗化以及敏化条件的探索,得到表面均匀粗糙、符合实验要求的的塑料基体,便于后续金属的沉积.使用硝酸银为银源,葡萄糖为还原剂,加入硫代硫酸钠作为稳定剂,最终制备出表面电阻小、光亮的镀银层.结果表明,最佳配方:硝酸银浓度2.08 g/L,氢氧化钠浓度0.24 g/L,氨水含量0.53%,葡萄糖浓度7.27 g/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度24 mg/L,温度20 ℃.利用最佳配方镀银,可得其电阻为7.6 Ω/m,镀层表面银光亮均匀.
