利用ATmega16实现沉淀池泥浆自动回收

         

摘要

A lot of smoke will be produced in steel and other industrial production.The precipitation of iron sludge will be recycled again after treatment.In order to make a voluntary recall at a certain depth,based on real situation of Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the paper developed ultrasonic testing automatic recovery system.The recovery systems usually use a timer,the recovery depends on a specified period of time.Because of the uncertainty of the production process,the recovery is not very ideal.This proposed system uses ultrasonic wave to detect echo time difference by Atmega16 and the characteristics of strong penetrability,determine whether or not the thickness of the slurry reaches the discharge position,and then gives prompts to the operators or automatic control motor recovery.This detection method can avoid the premature discharge of sludge or sludge accumulation,solves the problem that timing emission is not accurate.In the actual test,the effect is good.%在炼钢等工业生产中会产生大量烟尘,经除尘系统处理后,沉淀含铁的泥浆需再次回收.为了使沉淀池内泥浆在一定深度时自行回收,结合唐钢泥浆处理过程开发了超声波检测自动回收系统.利用Atmega16单片机和超声波穿透性强的特点,检测超生波回波并计算发射和接收到回波的时间差,由此判断泥浆厚度是否到达排放的位置,从而给操作人员提示或自动控制电机回收.此检测方法避免了过早排放泥浆或泥浆堆积的情况,解决了定时排放泥浆的不准确性.
