教育信息化新阶段教育技术中心发展路径探析

         

摘要

In the new stage of education informatization,the integration of information technology and education has significantly increased,the innovation in teaching methods and education pattern has deepened,these provide the center for education technology in universities many new opportunities.Education technology center should have a deep understanding that the new stage of education informatization by " new tasks,new knowledge,new requirements" plays a revolutionary role in promoting the teaching reform and talent training mode reform.The center should therefore adjust its objectives and ways of working,and switch its functions from " teaching assistance" to " teaching promotion",from " maintain of teaching environment" to " creation of teaching environment",from " participant of teaching activities behind the scenes" to " coordinator of teaching and learning" The education technology center should strengthen scientific research,get involved in teaching,do the top design,focus on education quality improvement and realize the optimal allocation of resources so as to form a platform of education and technology with remarkable features of the university.%教育信息化新阶段信息技术与教育融合发展的程度显著提升,教学方式与教育模式创新不断深入,高校教育技术中心面临新的发展机遇.教育技术中心要深刻理解教育信息化新阶段“新任务、新认识、新要求”对促进高校教学改革和人才培养方式变革的革命性作用,从理念、目标和工作方式上转变职能定位,实现从“教学辅助部门”到“教学促进部门”,“教学环境的维护者”到“教学环境的创设者”,“教学活动的幕后参与者”到“教与学的前台合作者”的职能转换.教育技术中心要强化科研、深入教学、做顶层设计,聚焦人才培养质量提升、实现资源优化配置,打造教育与技术并举的具有校本特色的中心.
