针对实战化教学训练改革需要,提出了“向培养学员能力聚焦、向部队应用实际贴近”的基础实验教学中心建设指导思想,在分析了当前基础实验教学存在的贯彻落实先进实验教学理念还不够深入,实验教学内容体系还不够完善,实验教学方式与方法有些陈旧或僵化,实验教学队伍能力素质还不适应改革发展需要,以及实验教学与创新实践成果不够显著等主要问题的基础上,联系实际探讨了突出课程建设、方法改革、队伍培养3个重点,加强软件建设;增强开放管理、创新竞赛、拔尖人才3个意识,注重学员个性化培养;紧盯动手实践、自主实验、创新自信3个关键词,建立特色文化品牌;把握夯实基础、有所作为、质量核心3个原则,坚持走内涵发展之路.%According to the reform demand of the combat-oriented teaching and training,the guiding idea for the construction of basic experiment teaching center,is proposed,i.e.,focusing on training students' ability,closing to troops application.The main problems of basic experiment teaching at present are analyzed,e.g.,the implementation of advanced experimental teaching concept is not enough,experimental teaching content system is still not perfect,experimental teaching method is somewhat rigid,the ability of experimental teaching team is not adapted to the needs of reform and development,and experimental teaching and innovation achievements are not significant enough.The construction ideas and measures are discussed with practice from the aspects of enhancing the software construction,paying attention to students' personal cultivation,building characteristic culture brand,and taking the way of quality development.
