基于LabVIEW的永磁直流电动机综合测试平台的研究

         

摘要

由于具有功率密度高、效率高、控制性能稳定、扭矩输出大等优点,永磁直流电动机的应用已经非常广泛.电动机性能测试、故障参数的检测对于永磁电动机控制方法的改进、控制性能的验证,以及容错控制方法的研究具有重要的价值.本文利用LabVIEW、USB数据采集卡和各种传感器研制了永磁直流电动机综合测试平台,实现了电动机转速、转矩、电流、噪声、振动、电压等信号的采集和频谱分析.最终,数据分析和试验表明,利用LabVIEW编写的采集系统,能够方便、高效地对永磁直动流电机的性能进行在线检测,为将来的电动汽车用永磁直流电动机控制和诊断系统提供服务.%Because of the advantages of high power density,high efficiency,stable performance,high torque output,and so on,the permanent magnet DC motor has been widely used.It has important value to test performance of the motor and to detect the fault parameters for the improvement of the motor control method,the verification of the control performance,and the research of the fault tolerant control method.In this paper,the permanent nnagnet DC motor test platform was designed by using the LabVIEW and USB data acquisition card and a variety of sensors,that carried out the acquisition and spectrum analysis of the signal of motor speed,torque,current,noise,vibration and voltage.By dataanalysing and testing,it is found that the acquisition system based on LabVIEW can be used to detect the on-line performance of permanent magnet DC motor conveniently and efficiently,and the control and fault diagnosis of permanent magnet DC motor of electrical vehicle.
