基于MCGS的叶片热态冲蚀试验系统设计

         

摘要

In order to meet the requirements of efficiency,safety and stability of test conditions in hot erosion test.A hot negative-pressure erosion test system is designed based on secondary development of MCGS.An air heater is used to heat airflow,variable frequency induced draft fan is used to provide air flow power,feeder valve is used to add eroded particles,finned-tube heat exchanger is used to cool two-phase flow,LCDM-4.5 bag filter is used to collect test particles.Combined with the hardware design of the test system,the monitoring system and data acquisition system are designed through the MCGS configuration software.The IPC with the MCGS which logs in the serial server monitors the test system through the Telnet protocol in real time collect the test data.The operation test shows that the system has a friendly man-machine interface,safe operation,high efficiency,stable performance,simple operation and so on,it implements the test conditions control,system status monitoring,animation display,historical data output and other functions.It can be used to experimentally study the erosion characteristics of different materials under different erosion conditions.%为满足热态冲蚀试验过程中高效性、安全性以及试验条件稳定性的要求,设计了基于MCGS组态软件二次开发的热态负压冲蚀试验系统.采用空气电加热器对气流加热,变频引风机提供气流流动动力,星形给料阀添加冲蚀颗粒,翅片管式换热器降温,LCDM-4.5型袋式除尘器收集试验颗粒.结合试验系统硬件设计,通过MCGS组态软件对其监控系统和数据采集系统进行设计,装有MCGS组态软件的工控机通过Telnet协议登陆串口服务器,对试验系统进行实时监控并进行试验数据采集.运行试验表明,该系统具有人机界面友好、运行安全、高效、性能稳定、操作简单等特点,实现了试验条件控制、系统状态监控、动画显示、历史数据输出等功能,满足不同冲蚀条件下对不同材质的冲蚀特性试验.
