CAN总线通信在组合式三相光伏逆变器中的应用

         

摘要

A three-phase combined inverter needs to transfer the power signal data from the part of DC-DC converter to the part of inverter so that the output power can be dynamically adjusted.In order to solve this problem,a CAN BUS communication scheme of transferring power signal data among the DSP chips which are used to control the DC-DC converter and three-phase inverter bridges is designed in this paper.The transferred data can also be monitored by PC.Its principle,hardware circuit,isolation measures,registers configuration and the software design process are detailed.Both of the scheme's software design and hardware design are easy to realize.Its reliability and validity has been illustrated in practice.%针对某一组合式三相光伏逆变系统需要,将DC-DC环节的功率信号传输到逆变环节以便对输出功率进行动态调节的问题,利用TMS320LF2407A的内嵌CAN控制器设计了一种在直流变换器和组合式三相逆变桥的DSP控制芯片之间进行功率信号传输,并通过PC机进行监控的CAN总线通信方案.阐述了该方案的工作原理、硬件电路、隔离措施、相关寄存器的配置以及软件设计流程.该方案无论软件和硬件都易于实现,并通过实验验证了方案的可靠性和实用性.
