This paper expounded on increasing the management and utilization benefit of instruments by cultivating good culture of instrument management.TO get through the work efficiently,the cultivation of the culture of instrument management must be enhanced,and new ideas and methods must be studied.By cultivating good culture of instrument management and conducting culture innovation on instrument management,the passive management of instruments is changed,and the utilization rate of instruments is increased,which enhances the teaching and scientific research in the laboratory.%为了提高设备的管理和使用效益,加强设备管理文化建设是设备管理发展的需要,大力加强设备管理文化的建设,开创设备管理的新局面,把设备管理工作做得更好.设备管理文化建设应着重实物管理文化制度文化意识文化和核心文化的构建.通过构建良好的设备管理文化,对设备管理进行文化创新,改变了设备管理被动的局面,提高了设备使用率,促进了教学科研工作及实验室的良性运行.
