With the progress of Chinese society and the development of law building,there is a great demand for law professional talents by government organs,enterprises and individual citizens.To meet this demand,it was made clear that the cultivation of application-oriented law professional talents should be the main aim of the Law Department,College of Arts and Sciences in Beijing Union University.Through the optimization of curriculum system,the reform of teaching mode,and the strengthening of experimental teaching,great progress was made in the cultivation of applicationoriented law professional talents.This paper elaborated on the measures taken by the Beijing Union University in the cultivation of application-oriented law professional talents,hoping to provide reference and guidance for other universities.%随着中国社会不断进步和法制建设进程的不断深入,司法、党政机关、企事业单位和公民个人对法律职业人才的需求更加突出.北京联合大学根据社会需求,明确提出以培养应用型法律职业人才为目标,通过优化课程体系、改革教学模式、强化实践教学,探索和创新了校内实验教学与校外实践训练相结合、课堂专业教学与课外综合能力训练相结合、专业应用能力培养与综合实践能力培养相结合的应用型法律职业人才培养模式.
