In view of the reality of fourteen majors related to economics and management in Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai ( BNUZH) , this paper studies and designs an ERP comprehensive practical teaching system ( ERP-CPTS) , which is suitable for cultivation of application-oriented talents majoring in economics and management. It discusses the teaching philosophies of ERP-CPTS, I. E. Persisting result-oriented principle and constructivism teaching concept, and presents objectives of ERP-CPTS. Then it elaborates the fundamental contents of the system, including enlightenment learning through club activities, theory learning focusing on ERP principles, perceptual operation experience through real sand-table-simulation , rational operation experience through electronic sand-table-simulation and practical training through ERP-U8 software platform. Finall, it also studies teaching methodologies and evaluation methods.%紧密结合北京师范大学珠海分校14个经管类专业的实际情况,研究并构建了适合于经管类专业应用型人才培养的ERP综合实践教学体系.阐述了ERP综合实践教学体系的教学理念,即坚持“以 结果为导向”和“建构主义”教育理念,提出了ERP综合实践教学体系的建设目标,阐述了ERP综合实践教学体系的基本内容,包括以社团活动为载体的启蒙式学习、以ERP基本原理为基础的理论介绍、以实物沙盘为核心的感性经营体验、以电子沙盘为主体的理性经营体验和以U8软件为平台的岗位实操 训练五个层面,同时讨论了教学方法以及考核评价方法.
