灌装桶口的自动检测和定位是自动灌装系统的重要环节,因此求取灌装桶口圆心的三维坐标为控制伺服机构的运动提供了必要前提.以LabVIEW为软件开发平台及其NI Vision Assistant和IMAQ Vision模块,通过相机的标定、图像采集处理、图像的预处理、特征点空间坐标计算,最终得到桶口同心的三维坐标.实验表明,该方法可行、稳定、得到了预期的效果.%The automatic inspection and localization of bunghole is an important part in the automatic filling system. The obtainment 3D coordinate position of the of the bunghole centre is the premise for servo motion control. This paper, based on LabVIEW, Vision Assistant and IMAQ NI Vision module as the software development platform, by using camera calibration, image acquisition, image preprocessing, the rough positioning of bunghole, the accurate positioning of bunghole and geometric operation of coordinate position,eventually gets the 3D coordinate of the bunghole centre. Experiments proves that the method is feasible, stable and can achieve the desired results.
