A heat exchanger performance test platform based on configuration software is researched, and the test platform hardware design and software design are introduced. The upper machine takes advantage of good man-machine interface of configuration software to carry out the online dynamic monitoring of the heat exchanger heat transfer performance, and the lower machine uses the data acquisition for the sensor data centralized collection and communicates with the upper machine in real time based on Modbus-RTU protocol. The test results show that the test platform realizes the online real-time accurate measurement of heat exchanger performance, improves the efficiency of the test and automation. The test platform features easy operation, the system friendly interface, openness and generality etc.%研究了一种基于组态软件的换热器性能测试平台,介绍了换热器性能测试平台的硬件设计和软件设计.上位机利用组态软件良好的人机交互界面特点,对换热器性能测试平台进行在线动态监控;下位机利用数据采集器将传感器测量的数据进行集中采集,并基于Modbus-RTU通讯协议与上位机进行实时通讯.试验结果表明,该测试平台实现了对换热器性能的在线实时准确测量,提高了测试的效率以及自动化程度.
