高校实验室是开展教学、科研工作的重要基地,建立实验室档案并进行科学化管理对提供科研数据支撑、提高仪器良性使用、提升实验室整体管理水平等都有极其重要的意义.文章从实验室建立及管理制度档案建设、人员业务档案建设、实验室科研及教学档案建设、仪器设备工作档案建设四大方面,结合实际工作,阐述了高校实验室档案建设的意义及存在问题,并探讨了相关对策.%Laboratories in universities are the substantial bases for teaching and research. The establishment and scientific management of archives is of importance for providing the scientific data, improving the utility rate of equipments, and promoting laboratory management. The paper introduces four aspects in archives construction and management including laboratory management archives,personnel file construction, research and teaching archives, and equipment archives. By referring to the practice in the laboratory, it elaborates on the significance and problems in archives construction in laboratory and offers countermeasures.
